Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a capable operations lead for a manufacturing site in Lakeside, OH. The role focuses on coordinating production, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining safety compliance on the floor.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and on-site leadership. This position is on site with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mining, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Prepare operation schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities
• Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
• Drive and track financial performance via monthly operation forecast
• Ensure a quality product within specifications and timely delivery to clients
• Actively lead on a daily basis on site operations
