Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a global heavy industry client seeking an experienced mining plant production leader to oversee operations, safety, and production efficiency. This role requires hands-on supervision, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and safety teams.

Ideal candidate has 5–7 years of aggregate mining and plant production experience, a background in Mining Engineering or related management, and a proven track record implementing productivity

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years aggregate mining and related raw materials plant production experience.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment.
• Must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face for fit tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control operations
• Ensure appropriate quality product is made at the Plant
• Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity levels
• Manage performances of subordinate personnel and delegate responsibilities
