Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, especially in quarry/mining settings, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plant equipment and systems for wear or malfunctions to prevent production disruption.
• Perform preventative maintenance per scheduled plan to minimize breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Use welding to fabricate or reinforce plant structures and equipment as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and time spent.
