Job summary

Farmers Union Industries, LLC (FUI) is hiring for Plant Maintenance on 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Central Bi-Products facility in Long Prairie, Minnesota. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install production equipment across the facility to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing with mechanical/electrical discipline.
• Experience operating welding or metal fabrication equipment.
• Experience operating a skid steer and forklift; certification preferred.
• Willingness to attain boilers and/or wastewater licenses.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics; basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Repair or replace grinders, pumps, motors, and gear boxes.
• Respond to emergencies and minimize downtime.
• Complete electrical or plumbing projects; escalate when needed.
• Maintain safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
