Job summary

Farmers Union Industries, LLC (FUI) is hiring a Blending Operator 2 for the 3rd shift at our Redwood Falls, MN facility. We offer a starting wage of $25.92 per hour plus shift differentials, regular increases, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and a strong 401(k) match.

The role focuses on unloading raw materials, operating skid-steers or forklifts, cleaning trailers, completing paperwork, and relaying load information to production.

Qualifications

• Experience in food/feed production; forklift certification is a plus.
• Proficient in basic math and reading data trends; recorder of information should be accurate.
• Effective written and verbal communication with external truck drivers.
• Able to read signs, warnings, instructions and operator manuals.
• Calm, organized in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work extra hours.
• Must be 18+ for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trailers using various equipment.
• Operate skid-steers or forklifts to move materials.
• Use pressure washer and brush to clean trailers and equipment.
• Inspect trailers and report needed repairs to maintenance.
• Complete paperwork for each unloaded trailer; ensure accurate load data.
