Job summary

Gerber Products Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the implementation of maintenance foundations, TPM methodologies, and related engineering initiatives aligned with Nestlé's Maintenance Strategy.

You will oversee a team of salaried supervisors, planners, and hourly personnel, and work closely with Production Safety and Quality to minimize downtime while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement maintenance foundations and TPM methodologies.
• Lead a team of supervisors, planners, and hourly maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and other teams to minimize downtime and ensure hygiene and safety.
• Oversee maintenance budgets and optimize costs.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans and schedules for all production equipment.
• Coordinate internal and external engineering resources to align with factory priorities.
