Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman for our Hubbard, TX site to lead the maintenance team in safe, efficient operation of plant equipment. You will prioritize tasks, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with Plant Managers to improve reliability and productivity.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in production or maintenance, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum five years in production or maintenance roles.
• Supervisory experience preferred; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance team activities, ensuring safety and on-time completion.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and install plant equipment per specs and procedures.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for crushers, belts, pumps, and motors.
• Promote safety culture and provide technical guidance to staff.
