Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Foreman in Hubbard, TX to lead a maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment. You will prioritize work, guide technicians, and support the Plant Manager in improving reliability and productivity.

The role requires five years of related experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Excellent leadership and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum five years in production, maintenance, or related supervision.
• Supervisory experience preferred; basic computer skills; mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance team activities, ensuring safety and on-schedule completion.
• Inspect, repair, and install plant machinery per specs and plans.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for crushers, belts, pumps, motors and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; replace worn components.
• Provide training and coaching to maintenance staff and promote teamwork.
• Prioritize maintenance needs with Plant Managers to improve reliability and operations.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance across the department.
