Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance team activities safely and on schedule.
• Inspect, repair, and install plant equipment per specs.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide training and coaching to maintenance staff.
• Prioritize needs with Plant Manager to improve reliability.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance.
