Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead the maintenance team at the Hubbard, TX facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. You will prioritize work, guide technical teams, and support the Plant Manager in reliability improvements.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and a proactive safety culture to meet production needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years of specialized training through a technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, construction, or related supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance team activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-schedule work.
Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install plant equipment per specs and plans.
Develop, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance for crushers, belts, pumps, motors, bearings, and other equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and replace worn components.
Provide technical guidance, training, coaching and support to maintenance staff.
Collaborate with Plant Managers to prioritize needs and improve reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
