Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, or supervision.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring safety and on-schedule completion.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, move, and install plant machinery per specs and plans.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to maintenance staff to boost productivity and teamwork.
• Prioritize maintenance needs with Plant Managers to improve reliability and operations.
