Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's maintenance team, drive equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Stockton.

The ideal candidate will supervise technicians, manage PM programs, coordinate scheduling, oversee ammonia refrigeration work, and collaborate with operations, quality, and safety to maintain OSHA and PSM compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling, technician assignments, and weekly payroll approvals.
