Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at our Indianapolis facility. You will manage technicians, schedule tasks, and drive reliability across PLCs, electrical, and beverage equipment.

Emphasis on safety, ISO/KORE compliance, and project oversight. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in beverage or processing industries, with a background in proactive maintenance systems and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of education beyond high school or technical training.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in Food Processing, Beverage, Dairy, or Brewing preferred.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Proactive maintenance system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and scheduling.
• Manage technicians and assign tasks.
• Support ISO and KORE standards.
• Ensure safety training and operations.
• Oversee capital and in-house projects.
• Mentor and develop teammates.
