Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and housekeeping departments of the facility, manage equipment maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will lead preventative maintenance planning, supervise staff, coordinate with third-party vendors, and strive for productive uptime while controlling costs.

The role requires strong leadership and knowledge of cGMP/FDA environments and the ability to work in a demanding manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to wear a full face respirator.
• Must be able to work in hot and humid conditions.
• Experience in liquid filling in cGmp, FDA Environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping departments, repair and install equipment.
• Lead safety and personnel training for manufacturing and facilities.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance program.
• Analyze and eliminate waste; manage contractor maintenance.
• Manage fleet maintenance programs and DOT compliance.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with FDA/cGMP.
