Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and production equipment. You will lead safety compliance, troubleshoot faults, and support maintenance programs to drive uptime and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance in manufacturing or distribution, strong CMMS familiarity, and the ability to work overtime. Proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems and PLC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge: CMMS system and data export for analysis.
• Experience: 5+ years in maintenance for manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve safety issues; understand industrial safety practices and regulations.
• Maintain machinery and equipment under supervision; follow safety regulations.
• Support maintenance programs and coach other technicians.
• Lead RCA teams in problem-solving projects.
• Record maintenance issues in the log and provide project management support.
