Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and housekeeping of the Wilmer, TX facility, driving uptime and safety. You will lead a team, plan preventative maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to keep equipment and buildings in optimal condition.

You will ensure compliance with FDA/cGMP standards, mentor staff, and optimize maintenance metrics while controlling costs and supporting production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing people and teams.
• At least 7 years maintenance experience.
• Experience in liquid filling in a cGMP, FDA environment.
• Must lift up to 75 pounds and wear a full-face respirator.
• Able to work in hot and humid conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping departments; repair, maintain and install machinery/equipment.
• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance on building systems (HVAC, alarms, utilities, etc.).
• Direct staff and outsource contractors; manage spare parts and budget.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/cGMP and quality systems; monitor performance metrics.
