Prysmian in Taunton, MA is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and reliability initiatives for a high-volume manufacturing plant. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements to maximize uptime and asset integrity.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role requires 7–10 years of maintenance engineering experience, a BS degree in engineering, strong leadership, and a proven track record in project management

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, technical field or equivalent.
• 7–10 years maintenance engineering experience in industrial facilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Lean Sigma experience and ability to lead Kaizens.
• Knowledge of process control and new product introduction technologies.

Responsabilités

• Direct the maintenance department to minimize downtime and ensure equipment uptime.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for all machines and ensure adherence.
• Coordinate maintenance with production requirements and planning.
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance with ARC Flash, LOTO, HAZMAT.
• Oversee MRO inventory and vendor coordination; manage facilities services and grounds.
• Budget and control department costs; implement reliability strategies.
• Lead TPM, uptime, and 6S initiatives; drive continuous improvement.
• Perform special projects as required.
