Job summary

Prysmian Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a critical production maintenance team. You will head maintenance for plant equipment and facilities, drive reliability programs, and collaborate with leadership on facility growth and upgrades.

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
Experience leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance activities for plant equipment and facilities, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Develop and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
Manage and develop maintenance personnel with staffing and performance accountability.
Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with EH&S standards and company policies.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with production; optimize work orders and drive continuous improvement using TPM/Lean/root cause analysis.
Support equipment upgrades, installations, commissioning, and facility improvement projects.
Manage maintenance planning and resource allocation with plant leadership to optimize spend and service levels.
Monitor KPIs: uptime, downtime, PM compliance, OEE, safety, and work order completion.
Provide after-hours escalation support for a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
