Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, facilities, and reliability within the plant. You will maximize equipment uptime, manage budgets, and partner with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Finance to support safety, quality, and cost objectives.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop team capabilities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while supervising a team of technicians and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Facilities engineering experience required.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the maintenance department to ensure equipment is maintained and repaired with minimal downtime.
• Manage predictive/preventive maintenance to improve uptime and reliability.
• Oversee infrastructure systems for the facility.
• Identify risks and obtain funding for new equipment.
• Supervise installation of new machines and update documentation.
