Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of facilities engineering experience.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance department activities to minimize downtime.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage infrastructure systems and budgets; supervise capital projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Finance to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
