Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical degree in Engineering or related field (Automation/Electrical/Mechanical).
• Experience managing capital projects, CAPEX planning and supplier coordination.
• Strong plant-level maintenance background with leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize daily maintenance across equipment, facilities, and production.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and TPM schedules.
• Manage breakdowns to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Delegate work to maintenance team based on skills and shifts.
• Lead maintenance-related projects including new equipment installation.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget and capex proposals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, ISO, quality standards.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team and monitor performance.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.
• Provide 24x7 support for emergency maintenance.
