Job summary

Prysmian Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team responsible for maintaining critical production equipment and facilities. You will drive reliability, continuous improvement, and operational performance to support growth and expansion.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on safety, uptime, and execution, with involvement in equipment upgrades, new installations, and facility improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production.
3+ years leading maintenance teams.
Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations to ensure high equipment uptime and performance.
Develop and improve preventive, predictive, and reliability programs.
Coach and develop maintenance personnel with a focus on safety.
Coordinate maintenance planning with production and optimize work orders.
Lead safety/compliance and environmental, health, and regulatory standards.
Drive reliability initiatives using Lean, TPM, and root-cause analysis.
Support equipment upgrades, installations, and facility projects.
Monitor KPIs: uptime, downtime, preventive maintenance compliance, OEE, and WOs.
