Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Willimantic, CT facility to lead maintenance, facilities, and reliability initiatives. You’ll maximize uptime, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires directing maintenance staff, overseeing CMMS, and coordinating safety/compliance while partnering with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Finance to meet cost and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in maintenance/facilities.
• Facilities engineering experience required.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance department activities to minimize downtime.
• Manage predictive/preventive maintenance program to improve uptime and reliability.
• Oversee facility infrastructure systems and upgrades.
• Coordinate funding for new equipment with plant leadership.
• Supervise installation, documentation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain CMMS and track hours and costs.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Finance.
