Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Technical Field or equivalent is desired.
• 7-10 years Maintenance Engineering experience with industrial facilities and equipment; wire and cable experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience leading high performance cross functional work teams.
• Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong record of Lean Sigma Tools implementation is desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the maintenance department to minimize downtime and ensure repairs.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for all machines and coordinate with production requirements.
• Enforce safety procedures and comply with ARC Flash, LOTO, HAZMAT, etc.
• Oversee budgets and control department costs.
• Implement reliability improvements and TPM/safety-focused kaizens.
• Manage MRO inventory and facilities services, including catering and vending.
