Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance or reliability in an industrial setting.
• 5+ years in supervisory roles with skilled tradesmen.
• Expert in at least one maintenance trade, familiarity with various crafts is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team for timely and safe maintenance tasks.
• Develop plans to maximize equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with contractors to meet Orion standards.
• Manage inventory and sourcing of critical parts.
