Job summary

Morgan Human Capital Management is recruiting a Maintenance Manager for the Borger, Texas plant. The role focuses on equipment reliability, predictive and preventive maintenance, and safe operations within the maintenance department.

You will lead the maintenance team, develop downtime-minimizing plans, and partner with the reliability group to analyze failures and promote TPM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required (prefer chemical or mechanical).
• At least 10 years in maintenance/reliability in an industrial setting; chemicals/refining a plus.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience including trades personnel.
• Expert-level SAP PM knowledge; OSHA/LOTO and industrial maintenance rules familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, cost-effective maintenance of plant equipment and assets.
• Develop plans to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
• Collaborate with corporate reliability group to investigate failures and incidents.
• Promote best practices like TPM and risk-based inspections.
• Ensure contractor work meets company and industry standards.
• Coordinate with procurement to source major or non-standard parts and manage inventory.
