Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of equipment capabilities.
• Experience with roll forming, stamping or related manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and T&D activities and supervise departments.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Generate and track work orders; coordinate resources and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
