Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years in maintenance/plant engineering
• Knowledgeable in industrial maintenance best practices

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the maintenance department, including contractors
• Provide primary interface to plant operations
• Monitor maintenance forecast and spending
• Oversee area maintenance and capital activities
• Drive planning/scheduling, backlog management, PM compliance, reliability
• Ensure regulatory mechanical integrity inspections
• Perform performance assessments to drive improvement
• Maintain accountability culture and meet regulatory requirements
