Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a growing US manufacturing plant. You will lead a team responsible for maintaining critical production equipment and facilities, driving reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinate with production, and support equipment upgrades and facility improvements to enable expansion and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of plant equipment and facilities to maximize uptime.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team.
• Ensure safety, compliance and environmental standards.
• Coordinate maintenance planning with production and lean initiatives.
• Support equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
• Track maintenance KPIs and support 24/7 operations.
