Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Williamsport, PA. This hands-on leadership role focuses on ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency of site equipment and facilities, with TPM-driven maintenance and budget oversight.

You will mentor the maintenance team, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet KPIs and production goals in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing or plant environments.
• Engineering degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or related field preferred.
• Experience managing capital projects (CAPEX) and supplier coordination.
• Strong leadership to mentor and develop maintenance teams; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reactive and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Lead maintenance team, set priorities, and manage budget and cost controls.
• Develop and implement TPM schedules; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Facilities, and production to support safe operations.
• Provide 24x7 support for emergency maintenance issues and incident investigations.
