Prysmian, a global leader in energy and optical cables, is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager for its Massachusetts facility. You will plan and implement preventative maintenance, lead repairs and upgrades, and manage internal and external maintenance resources while maintaining health, safety and environmental standards.

You will direct maintenance activities, schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate with production, enforce safety policies, manage the budget, oversee vendor bids,

Competenze

• BS degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7–10 years of maintenance engineering experience in industrial facilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
• Experience with Lean Sigma tools and TPM.
