Kraft Heinz is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance activities across the plant, including TPM, CMMS, and efficiency improvements. The role covers electrical, mechanical, and utility systems and requires leadership across a manufacturing environment.

The position offers a base salary range and a bonus program, with comprehensive benefits. Flexibility to cover day, evening, midnight shifts, and weekends is expected within a collaborative, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 1–5 years of related leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with maintenance management system operations.
• Experience implementing and maintaining TPM systems.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems including ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems.
• Understanding of direct and overhead cost systems.
• Experience using, troubleshooting and programming Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, afternoons, midnights, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Directs maintenance personnel to maximize equipment availability to meet production schedules and costs.
• Improves reliability and maintenance methods to reduce downtime.
• Develops preventive maintenance procedures to extend equipment life.
• Coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance in line with procedures and budgets.
• Provides maintenance training and supports safety programs and 9-key element process.
