Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3–7 years of relevant maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Ability to read and apply technical documentation, drawings, and manuals.
• Mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills are required.
• Strong communication and computer skills, including basic data entry and reporting.
• Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work orders and parts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment, perform repairs, and adjust settings for reliability.
• Overhaul, upgrade, and install new equipment as assigned.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance procedures and routines.
• Record work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Coordinate with pilots plant personnel and contractors on critical tasks.
