Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Mason City Plant to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in the assigned area and shift. You will drive productivity, quality, safety and employee engagement while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires coaching and mentoring hourly teams, strong communication, and the ability to work with a wide range of plant personnel. Base salary is disclosed and a performance bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in related field.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor role.
• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of hourly associates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Accountability, consistency and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to direct reports to achieve productivity, safety and cost goals.
• Develop and promote safety programs and engage in cross-functional initiatives.
