Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Davenport Plant seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations. This leader drives technical capability, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce losses and improve performance.

The role covers ammonia refrigeration, process safety, and alignment with the KHMS pillar, while building skills across a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Progressive leadership in maintenance/reliability in high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and CMMS/SAP work management.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, controls and utilities.
• Experience leading teams, budgets and cross-functional improvements in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance, reliability, and engineering to safe, compliant operations.
• Oversee ammonia refrigeration and process safety management activities.
• Develop 52-week maintenance plan and two-week detailed schedule.
• Manage budgets, spare-parts, and contractor relationships.
• Coach and develop maintenance leaders and technicians, including in a union environment.
• Partner with Production and Sanitation for downtime and start-up readiness.
