Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Muscatine is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams, drive TPM/Lean initiatives, and ensure equipment reliability to meet production targets. You will manage preventive maintenance, safety programs, and cost controls while coordinating with supervisors and technicians across electrical, mechanical, and process systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field strongly preferred.
• 1–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing required.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and TPM/Lean tools is preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and utility systems incl. ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance personnel to meet production schedules, quality, costs, and priorities.
• Develops preventive maintenance procedures to extend equipment life.
• Lead continuous improvement of processes via equipment upgrades.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance per procedures and budget.
• Provide maintenance training and diagnosing malfunctions.
• Manage downtime analysis and action plans to increase efficiency.
• Oversee safety training and participate in safety committees.
