Job summary

Fortune 500 manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance and Reliability function for a large plant and 50+ staff, including electricians and technicians. Reporting to the General Manager, you will own capital equipment maintenance programs and drive reliability improvements.

The role requires a degree and 3–5 years of plant engineering or maintenance leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree is required for consideration.
• 3-5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.
• Experience in high speed/fast paced manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and work cross functionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Maintenance and Reliability department, including Skilled Trade professionals (Electricians, Multi-Craft Technicians).
• Train and develop staff.
• Manage the AM/PM schedule of all capital equipment.
• Oversee external service providers and contractor relationships.
• Lead equipment installations and collaborate with other departments.
