Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a globally recognized Fortune 500 manufacturing organization seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance and Reliability function at a 300+ employee plant. The role reports to the General Manager and directs a department of 50+ staff including skilled trades, maintenance supervisors, and engineers.

The Maintenance Manager will own the plant's AM/PM schedule for capital equipment, train and develop staff, and manage external service providers and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3–5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.
• Experience in high-speed, fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns Maintenance and Reliability department including skilled trades.
• Oversees training and staff development.
• Manages AM/PM schedule for plant capital equipment.
