This role ensures that production equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance programs, managing the maintenance team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and reliability systems.
• Knowledge of project management and capital project execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the plant maintenance team, including technicians and planning resources.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure facility compliance with OSHA safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Develop and prioritize capital improvement projects for equipment and facility upgrades.
