• Lead maintenance, facilities, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, plant uptime, safety performance, and overall operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, CMMS effectiveness, spare parts optimization, contractor management, and reliability-focused continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee automation, process controls, and digital manufacturing systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, instrumentation, controls upgrades, and troubleshooting of complex system issues.
• Manage capital projects from planning through startup, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with long-term plant growth objectives.

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance, engineering, or project management experience within a manufacturing environment, with 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Proven experience leading maintenance, reliability, automation, and capital project initiatives, including CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, and equipment uptime improvements.
• Strong background in chemical, paint/coatings, batch manufacturing, or other process manufacturing environments, with expertise in industrial controls, process safety, and plant operations.
