Job summary

Link Snacks, a leading meat snack producer, seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day facility and equipment maintenance, including HVAC, ammonia systems, and packaging lines. Leadership of the Maintenance Department, budgeting, safety, and continuous improvement are core aspects.

The role requires a technical degree and 5+ years in maintenance leadership within manufacturing, with CMMS expertise and TPM experience. Strong people leadership and cost-control skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a Maintenance leadership role (Manager/Supervisor/Reliability).
• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• PSM/food/beverage regulatory experience.
• Lean TPM experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance supervisors and managers.
• Lead safety culture and compliance with Food Safety/Quality requirements.
• Develop and execute 2–3 year maintenance and reliability strategy.
• Improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Mentor technicians and coordinators to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain inspection schedules, work orders, and maintenance records.
• Drive continuous improvement using TPM, PDCA, and related tools.
