Job summary

Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations across the facility, ensuring reliability, regulatory compliance, and safe, uninterrupted production of industrial gases.

You will lead planning, coordinate maintenance projects, manage CMMS records, supervise the maintenance team, and work with Corporate Engineering on improvements to enhance asset longevity and efficiency.

Qualifications

Ten or more years in plant and facility operation / maintenance management.
Education includes Associate's or Bachelor's degree as a minimum.
Experience with CMMS, CAD, and quality/ISO systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance of facility and equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
Lead maintenance planning and project management across operations.
Maintain CMMS records and monitor PM program.
Manage the facility maintenance group and approve contractors.
Coordinate with Corporate Engineering on projects and participate in Emergency Response Team.
