Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries in Pasadena, TX seeks a Maintenance Center Manager to oversee asset and facility maintenance across sites, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable operations.

You will lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and data-driven improvements, coordinate with plant managers and zone directors, drive TAR SOP adoption, and mentor maintenance staff toward zero-accident goals.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree required; 10+ years in process industry.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all facilities in compliance with governmental regulations and Air Liquide policies.
• Leads maintenance planning and the TAR SOP rollout across sites; ensures sustainable use.
• Leads the implementation of a standard maintenance planning system and drives KPI reporting.
• Supports root cause analyses and corrective actions for incidents; improves maintenance processes.
• Manages maintenance personnel, training, and performance evaluations; fosters safety culture.
