Job summary

WB Manufacturing seeks an experienced leader to oversee maintenance operations across facilities and production assets. You will manage maintenance personnel, CMMS, preventive programs, and reliability initiatives while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Quality teams to achieve production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and coaching of staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for advanced opportunities.
• 7-10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems and CMMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and oversee maintenance activities to support production schedules and equipment reliability.
• Maintain and administer CMMS including work orders, schedules, downtime tracking, and inventory.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Coordinate with production and department leaders to minimize disruptions.
• Lead downtime events and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and support lifecycle management.
• Support startup, commissioning, and maintenance readiness for new equipment.
