Job summary

Air Products, a global leader in industrial gases, seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization across the West Gulf Coast HYCO subregion. You will drive consistency in maintenance execution, improve plant reliability, and optimize maintenance costs while developing maintenance talent.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient plant performance and align maintenance strategy with the company’s long‑term

Qualifications

10+ years in maintenance/engineering/ops or related field.
Experience leading multi-site maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance organization across multiple sites in the West Gulf Coast HYCO subregion.
Drive consistency in maintenance execution and improve equipment reliability.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.
Develop maintenance talent and optimize maintenance costs.
