Job summary

Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Specialist to analyze and improve maintenance processes, driving safety, efficiency and plant performance. You will work with maintenance, operations, engineering and leadership to lead reliability initiatives and Kaizen projects.

Responsibilities include reading schematics and P&IDs, supervising contractors, and using data (downtime, MTBF, cycle time) to justify improvements. Strong PLC knowledge and RCA experience are valued.

Qualifications

1-2 years industrial refrigeration experience required.
4-6 years minimum of maintenance experience within manufacturing environment required.
4-6 years engineering, supervisor, or management experience required.
Associate's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze and improve maintenance processes for safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Lead Kaizen events and reliability initiatives.
Read schematics, P&IDs, and manuals.
Coordinate contractors and oversee projects.
Use data (downtime, MTBF, cycle time) to drive decisions.
Support RCA and corrective actions.
Develop and maintain SOPs and compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM.
