Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), CMMS, and other relevant software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings effectively
• Effective time management skills

Aufgaben

• Engage in planning and coordination activities to facilitate preventive maintenance, calibration and corrective maintenance; develop and communicate maintenance schedules.
• Support manufacturing, packaging, laboratory, EHS, quality operations and engineering by scheduling maintenance work and attending routine meetings.
• Review and close preventive maintenance and corrective work orders.
• Plan and schedule maintenance and engineering activities for plant shutdowns.
• Support safety initiatives, investigations and corrective actions in maintenance/engineering.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate and schedule contracted support and oversight when needed.
• Support general facility maintenance including pest control, grounds maintenance, and repairs.
• Assist with maintenance/engineering PM instruction revision, execution, extension, and archival.
