Job summary

MENTOR TECHNICAL GROUP CORP. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule resources for preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on developing work scopes, forecasts, and master PM schedules, while ensuring safety, proper access to tools, and timely procurement of parts to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college technical school preferred, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule resources for preventive and corrective maintenance to align with production needs.
• Develop detail work scopes and forecasts for resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, DEA, OSHA) in work orders.
• Coordinate labor, parts, materials, tools, and access to equipment to avoid delays.
• Maintain and coordinate the master PM schedule to meet production forecasts.
