Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Lead Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to oversee maintenance planning and craft scheduling, ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards. The role collaborates with utilities and plant operations to align maintenance with safety, quality, and efficiency goals, supporting the Medicine Foundry project in Indiana.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance and calibration plans, long-term scheduling, backlog management, and ensuring proper documentation for PM programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance planning and scheduling experience in an FDA regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of CMMS systems (IBM Maximo, BMRAM, SAP PM or similar).
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Safety – ensure compliance with HSE procedures, permits, and practices.
• Plan and schedule all maintenance, calibration, and repair work for the assigned area.
• Maintain backlog to prevent delinquent PMs and ensure documentation is complete.
