Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office (word, excel, power point, etc.), CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), and other relevant software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings effectively; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Engage in planning and coordination to facilitate preventive maintenance, calibration and corrective maintenance (repairs).
• Develop and communicate maintenance schedules to effectively utilize resources.
• Review and close preventive maintenance and corrective work orders.
• Plan and schedule maintenance and engineering activities for plant shutdowns.
• Support maintenance/engineering safety initiatives, investigations and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and schedule contracted support and oversight as necessary.
• Assist with general facility maintenance including pest control, grounds maintenance and facility repairs.
